Keep trying!

How hard is it, really, to look up three simple articles? Frustrating?  You think that's hard? The second most powerful force in the universe is against you. What, did you think it would be easy?! This is not a small matter. Eternities are at stake! Not only yours, but others you love and care about can and will be shaped by every decision you make. Be frustrated, pout if you want, but keep on trying. Whine a little, have a bad attitude once in a while....but don't you ever ever give up! "Let us not become weary in doing good. for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we don not give up." Galatians 6:9

Try. "You reap what you sow."

Try, according to Websters dictionary is..."to make an effort to do". You can't be passive. Your heart must try, your attitude must try, your actions should indicate a try. Obedience must be expressed. Submission to God is the starting point. Ask Him, for guidance, for help, for reminders, for strength, for direction, for what it is He desires from you today and then just simply "try".

Try to hear His voice.

Try to obey His leading's.

Try to let go of those things that come between Him and you, and others and you.

Try to resist temptations.

Try to do good to others.

Try to honor His world by the way you live.

But dog-gone-it try!!

     "You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. 'For in just a very little while, He who is coming will come and will not delay. But my righteous one will live by faith. And if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him.' But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who believe and are saved." - Hebrews 10:36-39
